What you will do

• Develop dual-sided standards for publishers and advertisers to ensure liquidity and safety.
• Drive policy innovation by partnering with Product and R&D to automate policy enforcement.
• Conduct horizon scanning on emerging risks like EU AI Act, AI-generated content, and deepfakes.
• Advise Sales and Business Development on navigating gray-area opportunities.
• Represent the company in discussions with partners like Apple, Microsoft and industry bodies like IAB.
• Provide executive advisory on policy trade-offs for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years in advertising technology with expertise in technical infrastructure (OpenRTB, SSP/DSP) and marketplace economics.
• Proven executive presence to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen to treat policy as a business lever.
• Analytical leadership to shift teams toward insights and automation.
• Strategic foresight to anticipate and leverage regulatory shifts.

Nice to have

• MBA, JD, or Master’s in Economics/Public Policy.
• Experience in high-growth tech or Policy-as-Code.
