Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $89,580 - $151,398

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in the Member Care organization to develop talent and workforce plans.
- Build program infrastructure for repeatable employee experience processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Execute transformations related to organizational design and progressive performance management.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide coaching and development feedback to leaders and team members.
- Partner with the People Analytics team to interpret complex data sets and inform company-wide decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to align people decisions with budget, compliance, and risk considerations.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience.
- At least 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience supporting SVP+ level Executives.
- Expertise in engaging and supporting a dynamic, distributed remote workforce.
- Strong experience with employee relations issues and workplace accommodations.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience in a healthcare organization, specifically supporting member-facing roles.
