What you will do

• Own influencer marketing operations, managing multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously
• Map and prospect influencers aligned with awareness, consideration, and conversion funnel stages
• Manage full process: outreach, negotiation, activation, and performance tracking
• Handle high-volume outreach and maintain organized pipeline using HubSpot and spreadsheets
• Build relationships with creators, manage active portfolios, and ensure content quality via briefs
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest optimizations using data and AI tools

Requirements

• Experience with influencer marketing, including prospecting and/or management
• Strong organizational skills to handle high volume of creators and campaigns
• Familiarity with performance metrics like CPM, CTR, conversion, and CAC
• Experience creating briefs and managing content
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
