What you will do

• Lead end-to-end performance of the Meta ecosystem (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook) to grow reach and subscribers.
• Develop and execute global organic strategies specifically for Reels, Stories, and messaging channels.
• Manage the creator and influencer ecosystem to expand brand trust and audience reach.
• Coordinate organic and paid social synergies to maximize marketing efficiency.
• Drive community engagement via DMs and comments to deepen brand loyalty.
• Maintain relationships with Meta platform representatives to leverage beta features and algorithm insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy with deep Meta expertise.
• Fluent English is mandatory for collaboration with global teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools, spreadsheets, and AI knowledge.
• Experience managing creator and influencer partnerships that drive measurable growth.
• Ability to combine high-level strategy with hands-on operational execution.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil to support a hybrid work model.
