What you will do
- Build and scale growth engines leveraging email, SEO, and content strategies.
- Own and manage the CRM with approximately 500,000 contacts using Customer.io.
- Execute go-to-market strategies and lead product launches.
- Optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and customer lifecycle journeys.
- Manage analytics, attribution, and ARR reporting to track growth.
- Collaborate asynchronously with developers and designers to turn strategy into execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth or product marketing within SaaS, tech, or ed-tech.
- Master-level experience in email and lifecycle marketing.
- Proven track record of ownership over revenue growth.
- Strong skills in product launches, attribution, and CRO.
- Ability to produce high-converting copy for emails and web pages.
- Excellent async communication skills (Slack, Notion, Loom).
Nice to have
- Experience working with a developer audience.
- Proficiency in SEO.
- Previous experience in the EdTech industry.
