What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, aligning hirify.global’s open-source portfolio with customer business and technical needs.
• Drive technical deal progression from qualification to closure, managing product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback for future product features.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and participate in marketing efforts, including blogs and technical speaking engagements.
• Analyze competitor offerings to differentiate hirify.global solutions and draft technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Mentor pre-sales peers and maintain CRM hygiene using Salesforce and Clari.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture for enterprise software.
• Practical skills with Linux systems, open-source software, cloud computing, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical solutions to audiences up to CXO level.
• Experience creating technical demonstrations and whitepapers based on specific use cases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience designing scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions.
• Must be based in the United States (specifically North Carolina).
