What you will do
- Engage with C-level and Executive decision makers to identify new opportunities within large enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to exceed business objectives and maximize wallet share.
- Manage and forecast the sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets and company goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring maximum business value is achieved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and influence product development strategy.
- Build strong relationships with industry influencers and partners to strengthen market position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in field sales selling enterprise SaaS or cloud solutions to C-level executives.
- 8+ years of experience specifically selling to Large Enterprises.
- In-depth technical understanding of automation and digital transformation.
- Proven track record of consultative strategic sales with CXO-level prospects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Must be eligible to work in China.
