What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for contract renewals to maximize retention rates.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to align solutions with customer needs for a seamless renewal process.
- Analyze customer health data to identify renewal risks and partner on remedial actions to secure contracts.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) to generate additional revenue.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for renewal-related inquiries, building strong customer relationships.
- Forecast renewal metrics and conduct account reviews to identify and address potential churn early.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Account Management.
- Background in enterprise software; knowledge of open source, APIs, or infrastructure software is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain customer relationships and achieve high retention rates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to track and forecast renewal metrics.
