What you will do

  • Onboard new enterprise clients and maintain daily contact with key partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to fix underperforming campaigns or scale successful ones.
  • Set clear expectations and boundaries with clients about platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales for smooth transitions and provide feedback to Product and Support teams.
  • Build relationships across agency or brand teams to ensure partnership stability and growth.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in client-facing role in digital advertising or online media
  • Native or fluent Polish with professional English proficiency
  • Tech-savvy to handle campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to navigate large organizations.
