Focus on acting as trusted advisor, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring platform adoption to achieve business goals.

Location: Singapore (hybrid, in-office collaboration with partial remote work)

What you will do

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned SMB/Enterprise APAC accounts.
  • Act as trusted partner and advisor, guiding customers through the platform journey.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks with proactive retention measures.
  • Manage and expand long-term relationships to ensure renewals and account longevity.
  • Uncover upsell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop expertise across all hirify.global products to drive client engagement and value.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional Asian languages a strong bonus.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing space and trends.
  • 3+ years in client-facing role, preferably SaaS.
  • Strong relationship building skills to establish trust internally and with clients.
  • Analytical mindset to digest problems and identify solutions.
  • Experience producing high-quality client-facing materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively.
