What you will do

  • Develop platform positioning and go-to-market strategy for payer market, including target segments, launch sequencing, and success metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional launch activities and execution of initiatives for new products and market expansions.
  • Create sales tools, enablement materials, RFP responses, and executive presentations with differentiated messaging.
  • Translate product capabilities into outcome-driven messaging and maintain competitive battlecards.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on pricing, proof points, and field feedback incorporation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing or related B2B marketing experience
  • Deep fluency in healthcare IT, digital health, or payer markets
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise sales and complex deal cycles
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into buyer value
  • Experience developing sales enablement for multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, and communication skills
