What you will do

• Work closely with healthcare clients to identify unmet needs, workflow gaps, and product opportunities across screening, credentialing, onboarding, and hiring.
• Partner with the Healthcare Vertical team to synthesize client insights into a cohesive product roadmap.
• Lead product discovery efforts including client interviews, workflow analysis, and validation of use cases.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives based on client value, regulatory impact, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations to implement product enhancements and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in product management or related roles
• Experience in healthcare screening, credentialing, onboarding, hiring, or workforce-related domains strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements and drive product decisions
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory/compliance considerations
• Excellent communication skills to translate client needs into actionable product direction
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing competing priorities
