Salary: $105K-125K base annually

What you will do
- Work closely with healthcare clients to identify unmet needs, workflow gaps, and product opportunities across screening, credentialing, onboarding, and hiring.
- Partner with the Healthcare Vertical team to synthesize client insights into a cohesive product roadmap.
- Lead product discovery efforts including client interviews, workflow analysis, and validation of use cases.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize initiatives based on client value, regulatory impact, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations to implement product enhancements and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in product management or related roles
- Experience in healthcare screening, credentialing, onboarding, hiring, or workforce-related domains strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements and drive product decisions
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory/compliance considerations
- Excellent communication skills to translate client needs into actionable product direction
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing competing priorities
