What you will do

• Establish and maintain authoritative definitions for core business and clinical concepts, resolving conflicts between local and enterprise views.
• Design and evolve governance processes, SOPs, and engagement models for efficient analyst and business user workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers to integrate data science concepts into features and experiences.
• Act as central product owner for analytics ecosystem, setting standards and driving company-wide adoption.
• Eliminate data fragmentation, increase trust in analytics, and scale governance frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience (or 3+ with advanced degree)
• Subject matter expertise in enterprise analytics governance, data product management, or analytics enablement
• Experience establishing governance processes and tools for data definitions, metrics across functions
• Track record solving ill-defined problems with advanced conceptual thinking
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (advanced preferred)
• Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations strongly preferred
