What you will do

  • Manage multiple deal cycles and maintain accurate sales data.
  • Execute on the hirify.global Product Sales Process using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs.
  • Prospect and identify high-value opportunities through a multichannel approach.
  • Demonstrate hirify.global products to clients and advise on maximizing ROI.
  • Develop and grow relationships within your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Expertise in business development and deal commercials.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Successful track record in Enterprise Software or Solution Sales.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the sales territory at least once per quarter.

Nice to have

  • Strong academic background.
  • Experience with the Workday ecosystem.
