What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for companies with more than 3,000 employees, including CAC40 companies.
- Execute account-based strategies and Key Account Management to secure high-stakes strategic opportunities.
- Educate prospects and conduct inspiring product demos for C-level executives (CEO, CFO) and HR directors.
- Manage complex RFP processes and navigate multi-stakeholder environments involving legal, payroll, and unions.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to improve products, methods, and overall company strategy.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- French: Native or near-native proficiency (C2+) required.
- English: Advanced level required.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the specified cities in France.
- Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building in complex B2B environments.
