Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Biarritz, Nantes, or Annecy, France

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for companies with more than 3,000 employees, including CAC40 companies.
  • Execute account-based strategies and Key Account Management to secure high-stakes strategic opportunities.
  • Educate prospects and conduct inspiring product demos for C-level executives (CEO, CFO) and HR directors.
  • Manage complex RFP processes and navigate multi-stakeholder environments involving legal, payroll, and unions.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to improve products, methods, and overall company strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • French: Native or near-native proficiency (C2+) required.
  • English: Advanced level required.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the specified cities in France.
  • Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building in complex B2B environments.
