What you will do

  • Generate new business and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Offer multiple hirify.global products by identifying the right stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Apply knowledge of programmatic, video, and revenue ecosystems to explain product benefits.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Coach and mentor other members of the sales team.
  • Work with Account Management and Product teams to ensure successful campaigns and product development.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a key sales position.
  • Proven track record of selling solutions to Brazilian or LATAM clients.
  • Significant experience in structuring and negotiating complex deals.
  • Experience building and closing a large pipeline of leads from advertising brands and agencies.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
