Corporate Controller - Group Lead

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for global subsidiaries and parent company, including journal entries and flux analysis
• Manage significant part of annual 20-F filing and other relevant filings
• Lead a team of direct reports
• Support audit processes with auditors, providing working papers for reviews and annual audits
• Prepare annual tax returns, statutory reporting, and analyze complex tax issues with advisors
• Assist in designing and documenting internal controls (SOX) and policies
• Support implementation of new US-GAAP standards, AP team accuracy, billing processes, and financial system integrations
• Lead improvements in internal financial and system processes

Requirements

• English at the equivalent of native language – a must
• Experience in 2 high-tech companies, preferably SaaS – a must
• CPA with Big 4 firm experience – a must
• Experience managing direct reports – a must
• Strong knowledge and experience in US-GAAP
• Advanced knowledge in ERP systems (NetSuite an advantage)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Accurate, detail-oriented with analytical skills; able to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize, meet deadlines
• High independence, self-examination, interpersonal and bilingual communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and maturity; passion for innovative solutions and automation
