TL;DR

Corporate Controller (SaaS): Lead core accounting operations including record-to-report close, compliance, financial controls, AR/AP/payroll for a rapidly growing autism care software provider. Location: Hybrid in Holmdel, NJ (offices in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Verona, Italy)

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and improve close processes for a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Establish accounting policies and procedures for US GAAP compliance.
  • Scale financial transaction teams including payroll, T&E, AR, AP, and tax compliance.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, annual closes, reporting, accruals, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage accounting for M&A integrations and valuations.
  • Optimize internal controls and external audit processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in business, finance, economics, or accounting; CPA preferred.
  • 15+ years in public accounting and software/SaaS industry.
  • Thorough GAAP knowledge; experience with financial statements, tax filings, consolidations, subsidiaries.
  • NetSuite or equivalent ERP; general ledger, month-end/year-end closes.
  • Internal controls development, staff management, M&A experience.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
