What you will do
- Lead market entry and go-to-market strategy for Netherlands in alignment with Germany-based Global Hub
- Drive Business Development and Enterprise Sales in public/private sectors, identifying opportunities and tailoring solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Acquire and grow lighthouse customers in regulated industries like banking, insurance, healthcare, energy
- Recruit, onboard, and manage partners including resellers, integrators, consultancies
Requirements
- Several years senior-level experience in B2B SaaS Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management, ideally launching new markets
- Proven experience building new markets or business areas from exploration to scaling
- Strong understanding of SaaS models, cloud technologies, digital transformation
- English C2, Dutch C2; German is a plus
