What you will do
- Build and execute territory plans, create net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partners, events, and referrals.
- Practice insight-led selling: challenge customer framing, uncover bottlenecks, and create urgency with mutual action plans.
- Own business cases, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closures while quantifying value like capacity release and compliance improvements.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers for demos/workshops and Customer Success for implementation handoffs.
- Position BLP against competitors with end-to-end automation narrative and neutralize objections.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling with track record of hitting targets
- Proven insight-led sales in complex cycles, mobilizing committees with MEDDICC-style qualification
- Strong executive presence for CFO/CIO/Procurement, managing multi-threaded deals
- Collaboration with presales and post-sales teams
- Fluent in English and German (or another major European language)
Nice to have
- ERP/SAP exposure or selling into finance/procurement transformations
- Experience with automation platforms (RPA, process mining, IDP)
- Global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders
