Senior Enterprise Account Executive (BeNeLux): Win and grow strategic enterprise accounts through insight-led selling, owning the full cycle from pipeline creation to close with an accent on reframing customer problems, quantifying value, and mobilizing buying committees. Focus on leading multi-stakeholder cycles with CFO/CIO leadership, building business cases, negotiating deals, and positioning against fragmented automation stacks.

Location: Remote from Belgium, Luxembourg, or Netherlands

What you will do

  • Build and execute territory plans, create net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partners, events, and referrals.
  • Practice insight-led selling: challenge customer framing, uncover bottlenecks, and create urgency with mutual action plans.
  • Own business cases, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closures while quantifying value like capacity release and compliance improvements.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers for demos/workshops and Customer Success for implementation handoffs.
  • Position BLP against competitors with end-to-end automation narrative and neutralize objections.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling with track record of hitting targets
  • Proven insight-led sales in complex cycles, mobilizing committees with MEDDICC-style qualification
  • Strong executive presence for CFO/CIO/Procurement, managing multi-threaded deals
  • Collaboration with presales and post-sales teams
  • Fluent in English and German (or another major European language)

Nice to have

  • ERP/SAP exposure or selling into finance/procurement transformations
  • Experience with automation platforms (RPA, process mining, IDP)
  • Global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders
