What you will do
- Build and execute territory plans: target accounts, multi-threading, outbound prospecting, events, and referrals to create net-new pipeline.
- Practice insight-led selling: reframe customer problems, uncover bottlenecks, build urgency, and align buying committees including CFO/CIO/procurement.
- Own commercial aspects: business cases, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closures with accurate forecasting.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering for demos/workshops and Customer Success for implementation handoffs and expansion.
- Position against competitors with end-to-end automation narrative emphasizing exceptions handling and stack simplification.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling with track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Proven insight-led sales: push back respectfully, quantify impact, mobilize committees.
- Strong executive presence for CFO/CIO/shared services and navigating procurement.
- Manage complex multi-threaded deals with MEDDICC qualification and forecasting.
- Collaborate effectively with presales and post-sales teams.
- Fluent in English and German (or another major European language depending on territory)
Nice to have
- ERP/SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, cloud) or finance/procurement transformations.
- Selling automation platforms (RPA, process mining, IDP).
- Global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
