What you will do

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and prospect target accounts through multi-channel outbound outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Research key accounts to map decision-makers and their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data using tools like HubSpot.
  • Provide customer insights to marketing and product teams to improve outreach sequences.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development, preferably in observability or related tech.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn SalesNavigator.
  • Proven ability in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings.
  • Growth mindset and a passion for the developer ecosystem.
