What you will do
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and prospect target accounts through multi-channel outbound outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research key accounts to map decision-makers and their specific needs.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM data using tools like HubSpot.
- Provide customer insights to marketing and product teams to improve outreach sequences.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development, preferably in observability or related tech.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn SalesNavigator.
- Proven ability in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings.
- Growth mindset and a passion for the developer ecosystem.
