What you will do

  • Conduct hands-on business development and direct sales focused on private sector (B2B), with public sector as a plus
  • Contribute to UK market entry by building pipeline, customer base, and market presence with the Country Manager
  • Act as operational support to Country Manager, leveraging German headquarters infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and execute local strategies to scale SaaS portfolio
  • Acquire new customers, manage key accounts, and build networks of customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams for implementations and align with product and marketing for market positioning

Requirements

  • English: C2 required
  • University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or comparable
  • Several years in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management; private sector required, SaaS/tech preferred
  • Public sector or GovTech experience strong plus
  • Understanding of SaaS models, cloud technologies, digital transformation
  • Strong closing mindset, strategic thinking, C-level communication, negotiation skills
  • Experience with agile methods and modern collaboration
  • High ownership and builder mindset for early market phase
