Business Growth and Partnership Manager (Fintech): Drive expansion of business accounts offering across key European markets by building and scaling partner-led distribution engine with corporate service providers, registrators, consulting firms, and legal partners. Focus on partner acquisition, relationship building, event execution, and embedding within entrepreneurial ecosystems to generate scalable client referrals.
Location: Remote from Warsaw, Barcelona, Valletta, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Rome, Paris, Berlin, or London (key European markets)

What you will do
- Identify and build relationships with corporate service providers, law firms, registrators, consulting firms, and industry influencers to drive partner-led client referrals.
- Engage fiduciary and industry associations, negotiate sponsorships, and participate in events for strategic partner introductions.
- Plan and execute events with marketing support to strengthen partner relationships and generate leads.
- Conduct meetings with high-potential partners and clients to drive referrals and new opportunities.
- Represent the company at corporate, legal, and industry conferences to expand networks.
- Engage entrepreneurial communities in tech, e-commerce, and digital marketing to establish partnerships and position as industry leaders.
- Onboard partners and ensure efficient client onboarding while collaborating with internal teams for compliance.
Requirements
- Must be able to work remotely from specified European cities (Warsaw, Barcelona, Valletta, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Rome, Paris, Berlin, London)
- Proven experience in B2B partnerships and business development
- Strong ability to build and manage partner networks in legal, consulting, and corporate services
- Experience driving partner-led or referral-based client acquisition
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in event participation and networking in industry ecosystems
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and execution focus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS
- Existing network in European markets
- Familiarity with startup, tech, and e-commerce ecosystems
