What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting for the credit card business, including revenue share, interchange fees, and interest income.
• Build and maintain sophisticated models to track Life-Time Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and unit economics.
• Analyze credit performance by monitoring delinquency rates and net charge-offs to understand bottom-line impact.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support expense planning and evaluate new strategic initiatives.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to guide pricing changes and expense decisions.
• Design and automate dashboards to monitor key business performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Ability to craft C-level narratives using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of balance sheet lending and consumer credit dynamics.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
