Location: Hybrid position with 3 days per week onsite in New York Headquarters. Relocation assistance available for candidates outside NY/NJ area. Roles also in San Francisco and Salt Lake City with similar hybrid expectations.

Salary: $172,000–$215,000 base (NY/NJ/CA); $168,000–$180,000 base (other states).

What you will do

• Support strategic alignment, financial modeling, and data analysis across teams.
• Develop frameworks to optimize resource allocation and operating models for forecasting.
• Create metrics, reporting, and performance targets aligned with business strategy.
• Analyze unit economics to drive ROI-focused decisions.
• Lead research, data analysis, and KPI reporting for stakeholders.
• Communicate insights and influence decision-making at all levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, biz ops, consulting, or investment banking.
• Financial modeling expertise and deep understanding of fintech/financial services models.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills; highly analytical with complex data experience.
• Superior communication and collaboration across organization levels.
• Direct experience at high-growth tech company preferred.

• Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools.
