What you will do
- Manage a dynamic book of Tier 1 brands and agencies to drive growth goals.
- Lead digital campaign launches, including technical setup, conversion tracking, and targeting.
- Scale advertiser budgets by optimizing KPIs and performance goals.
- Drive creative excellence through A/B testing of headlines and images to maximize ROI.
- Provide strategic consultation and conduct professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and commercial diagnostics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing account management within the digital advertising industry.
- Proven experience managing 20+ active accounts simultaneously with high-volume prioritization.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing campaign data to identify trends.
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Technical comfort with digital ad tracking (pixels, conversion codes, and implementation).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Native Advertising platforms or programmatic ad-operations.
- Deep understanding of the online publisher landscape within and outside of Greater China.
