What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts in the European region, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with game developers, publishers, and advertising agencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities by leveraging networks and attending industry events like Gamescom and SiGMA.
  • Develop tailored account plans and pitch materials for products such as offerwalls and rewarded ads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and optimization insights to clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, or gaming monetization.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM) and the mobile gaming ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or Italian is strongly preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
  • Eligible to work in the EU without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with offerwall, rewarded video, or user acquisition advertising products.
  • Established network within the European games industry (publishers, studios, or agencies).
  • Familiarity with mobile game monetization metrics like ARPU, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
