What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for gaming ad sales accounts in the European region, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with game developers, publishers, and advertising agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities by leveraging networks and attending industry events like Gamescom and SiGMA.
- Develop tailored account plans and pitch materials for products such as offerwalls and rewarded ads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and optimization insights to clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, ad tech, or gaming monetization.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong understanding of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM) and the mobile gaming ecosystem.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or Italian is strongly preferred.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
- Eligible to work in the EU without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with offerwall, rewarded video, or user acquisition advertising products.
- Established network within the European games industry (publishers, studios, or agencies).
- Familiarity with mobile game monetization metrics like ARPU, LTV, and ROAS.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
