TL;DR

Sales Engineer (AI): Serving as a technical liaison and subject matter expert for an AI-powered intelligence platform with an accent on solution design and technical demonstrations. Location: Remote, must be based in Germany

What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations showcasing how AI solutions enhance detection and response efforts.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess real-time information needs and design technical solutions within the platform.
  • Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations by establishing and meeting success criteria with customers.
  • Consult with partners to integrate hirify.global alerting into third-party systems like SEIM, SOAR, and TIP platforms.
  • Provide technical training sessions for sales staff and clients on operational workflows and best practices.
  • Relay customer feedback to the product team to identify feature gaps and contribute to new functionalities.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent working proficiency in German.
  • 3-7+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions/Sales/Systems Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
  • Ability to hold NATO Secret clearance.
  • Experience working directly within Public Sector organizations.
  • Proven track record of developing pre-sales strategies and managing complex systems.
  • Experience in data integration and implementing solutions with third-party products.

Nice to have

  • Capability in French or Spanish.
