What you will do

• Own regional marketing strategy across UK and EU, building integrated campaigns in digital, demand gen, brand, content, PR, and field marketing.
• Partner with CRO and sales to build predictable pipeline and high-performing demand engine using paid, organic, social, video, ABM/ABX.
• Lead brand repositioning, craft messaging on safety/intelligence/automation, ensure consistent narrative across markets.
• Drive content/video/social strategy, coach content lead, supercharge LinkedIn/YouTube presence.
• Oversee digital performance (SEO, paid search/social), build analytics dashboards for CAC/CPL/ROAS/pipeline.
• Manage events/partnerships/field marketing aligned with sales, lead and develop multi-disciplinary marketing team.

Requirements

• B2B marketing leadership experience (SaaS, telematics, fleet tech, logistics, AI, mobility ideal).
• Experience scaling marketing across Europe and/or North America.
• Strong pipeline ownership, demand generation, digital/ABM/ABX/social/brand strategy expertise.
• Leading creative/performance teams, influencing C-suite/cross-functional leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
