What you will do
- Own EMEA field presence via trade shows, executive dinners, hosted roundtables, and regional programs targeting CFOs and procurement leaders.
- Plan and execute events end-to-end, ensuring pre- and post-event motions convert attendance into a measurable sales pipeline.
- Develop the strategic playbook for 's EMEA market entry, including event sponsorship and internal event management.
- Collaborate with London GTM and New York teams to align on account strategies, territory priorities, and pipeline goals.
- Support net-new pipeline generation through ABM programs, digital marketing activities, and coordination with Commercial Associates.
- Analyze event ROI, account engagement, and conversion rates to continuously optimize the GTM approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of field marketing experience or a proven track record in planning complex events/projects in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a pipeline generation capacity.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and familiarity with pipeline review processes.
- Ability to operate as a generalist, managing paid campaigns, ABM sequences, and landing page briefings.
- Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without restriction.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across EMEA and to the New York office.
