What you will do
- Own pipeline of qualified opportunities from outbound, inbound, and referrals; lead discovery and positioning across Amazon models (1P, 3P, Distribution).
- Build custom growth narratives aligned to prospects' goals, educate on capabilities using data to de-risk decisions.
- Partner with Lead Gen, Demand Gen, Marketing, and cross-functional teams for ICP feedback, forecast accuracy, and brand-right experiences.
- Coordinate pitch development with Strategy, Solutions, and Proposal teams; shape structure and lead presentations to maximize wins.
- Support contract negotiation, onboarding handoff, and relationship cultivation for long-term client success.
Requirements
- 7-10 years in consultative sales in agency, consultancy, SaaS, Enterprise Sales, or Amazon-focused environments.
- Experience closing complex deals with mid-sized brands ($5-50M revenue) in emerging/growth categories.
- Lead discovery, pitch strategy, commercial conversations; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Sharp communicator and relationship builder selling to multiple C-suite stakeholders.
- Highly organized in pipeline hygiene, follow-up, and multi-threaded processes.
- Motivated by high-impact business, not volume.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to Beauty, Wellness, Supplements, Pet, or Household CPG brands.
- Fluency in Amazon models (1P, 3P, Distribution) and guiding brands to best-fit options.
