is a late Series A tech startup building a community commerce platform that helps consumer brands activate and grow their communities through UGC and rewards.
What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the AE team to consistently exceed revenue targets and maintain forecasting accuracy.
- Build and refine a repeatable sales motion across discovery, qualification, pricing, and closing aligned with the ICP.
- Act as a player-coach by stepping into strategic deals to model execution and unblock momentum.
- Collaborate with SDR leadership to ensure a high-quality outbound pipeline and clean handoffs.
- Own sales enablement, including playbooks, messaging, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
- Influence the product roadmap and GTM strategy by acting as the voice of the customer internally.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of B2B sales experience.
- 3–5+ years leading and scaling AE teams selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise consumer brands.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce and marketing tech stack (LTV, CAC, retention, and performance marketing).
- Proven track record of building outbound motions and driving pipeline discipline.
- Must be based in the United States.
