TL;DR

Vice President, Sales (Health Insurance): Driving growth for Level-Funded and ICHRA offerings with an accent on broker relationship expansion and market share growth. Focus on managing the full sales cycle and achieving high-volume new business goals in the Georgia region.

Location: Must be based in Georgia, USA (Atlanta)

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 annually plus high variable uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Achieve or exceed annual new business sales goals for Level-Funded and ICHRA products.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers, consultants, and mid-market employers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
  • Cultivate consultative relationships with key broker partners to drive consistent quote activity.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales documentation within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Existing broker and consultant relationships within the Georgia region.
  • Deep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs and stop-loss models.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
