TL;DR

Account Executive SMB: Own the full sales cycle for small and mid-sized ecommerce brands with an accent on qualification, pitching, pricing, contract, onboarding, and 30-day client health. Focus on managing 30 active leads and 10 onboarding clients, hitting $10M ARR quota, and building a startup motion within an established logistics company.

Location: Hybrid, New York (unable to provide sponsorship)

Salary: $175,000 OTE (Base: $75,000 + Variable: $100,000, uncapped commission)

Building modern end-to-end logistics infrastructure powered by next-generation technology for ecommerce brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora.

What you will do

  • Own full sales cycle: qualification, pitch, pricing, contract, onboarding, and 30-day client health
  • Qualify inbound leads from channel partners via email and run combined discovery/pitch meetings
  • Deliver pricing over email or calls and shepherd clients from contract to live shipping
  • Monitor client health post-launch, resolve issues, and ensure seamless handoff
  • Carry 30 active leads and 10 onboarding clients simultaneously
  • Hit $10M ARR annual quota using AI tools where applicable

Requirements

  • 3–6 years full-cycle sales experience in high-velocity environment
  • Proven track record managing 20+ active opportunities and 30–60 day sales cycles
  • Experience selling alongside channel or referral partners
  • Disciplined pipeline management, urgency, process follow-through, and quick learning
  • Build trust through competence, read people well, and stay steady in fast-paced settings
  • Drawn to early-stage ownership and outperforming expectations
