What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, strategic business plans for Enterprise DSO partners to maximize impact.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide executive reporting for C-suite DSO leadership.
  • Drive product adoption and scale growth within a designated book of business.
  • Analyze dental industry trends and provide critical market feedback to internal leadership teams.
  • Travel up to 50% for in-person meetings with executive leadership and partner sites.

Requirements

  • Must be based in TX or FL.
  • 5+ years of experience in dental or medical device sales or account management, preferably with DSO experience.
  • Proven track record in partner-facing roles involving executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or sales management (MBA preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
