TL;DR

Director, Enterprise Account Executive (Logistics): Driving strategic acquisition of large enterprise accounts for ecommerce last-mile delivery partnerships with an accent on identifying high-value shippers, consultative sales, and closing multi-million dollar deals. Focus on building strategic plans, progressing opportunities from outreach to launch, leading pricing proposals, and negotiating long-term volume agreements.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (US-based; 30% travel expected for conferences, on-site visits, and team meetings; no sponsorship available

Salary: $265,000 - $275,000 OTE | Equity | Commission

What you will do

  • Build strategic plans for assigned enterprise targets and conduct cold outreach plus leverage referrals and events to generate opportunities.
  • Progress deals from inception to launch, leading pricing proposals and negotiating agreements to secure volume commitments.
  • Act as consultative seller: learn client operational needs and propose tailored hirify.global service levels, markets, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, competitive intelligence, and finance while navigating unknowns in fast-paced startup sales.
  • Travel 30% for conferences, customer on-sites, and team in-person time.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years enterprise selling experience, with 2+ years in logistics/transportation strongly preferred
  • Proven track record hitting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets
  • Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced startup sales, building playbooks while driving deals
  • Problem-solving and relationship-building mindset to experiment and accelerate deal velocity
  • Beginner's mindset with curiosity to master hirify.global’s solution as product expert

Nice to have

  • Experience selling data-driven, innovative products
  • Rolodex of relationships with decision-makers in DTC cosmetics, apparel, perishables, supplements (logistics/operations/transportation contacts)
