What you will do

• Deliver in-office training for orthodontic teams on financial presentations and hirify.global workflows to improve patient conversion.
• Manage and grow a defined book of business, increasing loan volume and application velocity.
• Build long-term relationships with orthodontists, office managers, and treatment coordinators.
• Conduct recurring data-driven performance reviews to align on action plans and growth opportunities.
• Maintain CRM hygiene for activity tracking and accurate business forecasting.
• Provide field insights on market trends and competitor dynamics to influence product strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field sales, key account management, or practice consulting.
• Proven track record of growing orthodontic accounts through relationship building and training.
• Experience coaching front-line orthodontic staff in a technology-enabled environment.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics such as case acceptance and conversion trends.
• Willingness to travel 70%, including overnights.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
