What you will do

• Onboard devices, services, and applications into LogicMonitor and Dynatrace platforms.
• Configure monitoring components, tune alert thresholds, and manage escalation chains to reduce false positives.
• Build and maintain dashboards for services, capacity, and SLA reporting.
• Develop custom scripts in PowerShell, Bash, and Python for checks and auto-remediation.
• Integrate monitoring tools with ITSM systems to automate incident management.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and response playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise-scale monitoring environments.
• Knowledge of automation, AIOps, or GenAI solutions.
• Experience with capacity planning and SLA reporting.
• Familiarity with dependency mapping and service modeling.
• Understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks.
