What you will do

  • Own and grow a book of business in dental practices and DSOs, increasing hirify.global adoption and loan volume.
  • Build long-term relationships with practice owners, DSOs, office managers, and front-office teams.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews using data to identify opportunities and growth plans.
  • Deliver training and coaching to improve financial presentations, workflows, and patient conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on territory strategies, routing, and account prioritization.
  • Maintain CRM for forecasting and share field insights to influence product strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in field sales, account management, or DSO/practice consulting, ideally in dental/healthcare
  • Track record of growing accounts via relationships, training, and data-driven strategies
  • Experience coaching staff in workflow or tech-enabled environments
  • Strong business acumen with metrics like conversion trends and revenue planning
  • Excellent communication for trainings, reviews, and discussions
  • Organized with time-management, pipeline planning, and territory skills
  • Self-motivated with high ownership; willingness to travel 50%+ (overnights)
  • Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems
