What you will do

• Lead onboarding processes and create welcome packages for newly signed customers.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key executive stakeholders.
• Document customer business needs, use cases, and priorities to define success criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Management to communicate evolving customer needs and product feedback.
• Monitor customer health scores, communicate risks, and escalate issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales and Field Engineers to identify and develop up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or LATAM.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering.
• Professional experience working with SaaS or Cybersecurity vendors.
• Proven track record of establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
