What you will do
- Lead onboarding processes and create welcome packages for newly signed customers.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key executive stakeholders.
- Document customer business needs, use cases, and priorities to define success criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Management to communicate evolving customer needs and product feedback.
- Monitor customer health scores, communicate risks, and escalate issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales and Field Engineers to identify and develop up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or LATAM.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering.
- Professional experience working with SaaS or Cybersecurity vendors.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
