What you will do
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients via cold calls and personalized messages.
- Lead discovery meetings and process analysis with stakeholders for qualified demo handovers.
- Craft tailored value propositions addressing pain points in finance, procurement, and sales.
- Continuously improve outbound sales tactics and stay updated on market trends and processes.
- Prioritise tasks, identify bottlenecks, and advance deals with clients.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business or similar
- Confident in cold calling, following scripts, and asking open-ended questions
- Attention to detail for accurate CRM tracking (HubSpot)
- Structured thinker, organised, resilient to rejection, team player with ownership
- Problem-solving skills and natural curiosity
