Location: 100% remote field sales role requiring you to be based in or near Dortmund for regular in-person merchant visits throughout the Ruhr metropolitan region

What you will do
- Hunt new business through outbound calls, in-person visits, and strategic territory planning in Dortmund/Ruhr area.
- Own your territory by representing , building local market knowledge, and establishing partnerships with merchants.
- Manage full sales cycle: qualify needs, present value proposition, negotiate, and close 3 merchants per week.
- Meet performance targets including €20K-22K gross profit per quarter, 200 minutes talk time weekly, 25-30 calls, and 8-10 appointments.
- Maintain pipeline in Salesforce, track activities, forecast, and collaborate with Merchant Success teams.
- Leverage AI tools for outreach, prioritization, and CRM accuracy while working autonomously with manager support.
Requirements
- Based in or near Dortmund with mobility in Ruhr region for regular in-person merchant visits.
- Fluent German (native or business level) for merchant communication.
- Professional English for internal communication and reporting.
- 1-2 years sales or business development experience (or hunger to learn as first sales role).
- Hunter mentality comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and field sales.
- Resilience, strong communication, basic CRM familiarity (Salesforce training provided).
