Salary: $300,000-$380,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Drive executive-level access within strategic target accounts including CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, and supply chain leaders
  • Lead financially anchored sales conversations on revenue impact, cost-to-serve, margins, and EBITDA
  • Develop and defend executive business cases tied to measurable financial outcomes
  • Orchestrate executive workshops, financial simulations, and structured pilot programs
  • Own focused list of high-value target accounts and create buying urgency
  • Lead cross-functional teams including technical sales, product, and finance for executive engagements

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience selling transformation programs, not just software licenses
  • Proven ability to build C-suite relationships without active buying process
  • Strong financial acumen translating operational KPIs into financial impact (revenue, cost, margin, EBITDA)
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles including pilots to rollout
  • Executive presence with credibility at board and senior leadership levels
  • Experience managing strategic named-account programs
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure in early-stage engagements
