TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (EMEAI): Manage and grow channel relationships by supporting end users, partners, and sales team through phone, email, and chat with an accent on qualifying leads, prospecting new business, and driving sales pipeline. Focus on generating quotes, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with regional managers to maximize revenue in multilingual EMEA markets.

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain. Local candidates only.

Salary: €30,000–€40,000 base annual + quarterly commissions.

What you will do

  • Manage channel relationships, support end users and partners via phone, email, chat; qualify leads and respond promptly.
  • Consult on BarTender licensing, prospect new business through outbound calls and emails.
  • Drive lead management in CRM, track opportunities, collaborate with regional sales managers.
  • Generate quotes, pursue upsell/cross-sell, work with internal teams for smooth order processing.
  • Follow sales processes, participate in meetings, support EMEA-speaking markets.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in Spain required.
  • 2+ years in sales/customer service.
  • Excellent English verbal/written skills; fluent Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service dedication.
  • Team-oriented attitude, Windows proficiency; CRM experience a plus.
  • College degree in business/marketing preferred or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Inside sales/account coordination experience.
  • French or German communication skills.
  • Interest in high-tech products; ability to travel 1-2 times/year.
