What you will do

• Formulate and review corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line.
• Conduct competitive product analysis and market research on consumer behavior and professional audience.
• Determine profitability and viability of new products or enhancements.
• Develop production and marketing strategies to ensure effective product placement.
• Work with functions to finalize product specifications and provide core brand equity for advertising.
• Serve as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) with minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 5 years.
• Mastery of specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices.
• Experience managing large projects or processes with considerable autonomy.
• Ability to solve moderately complex problems and implement solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills to represent organization with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guidance and coaching experience for other employees.
