What you will do

• Define and drive product vision and roadmap based on user needs and business priorities.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with engineering on feature delivery, UI concepts, and prototype reviews.
• Monitor product performance using metrics to improve quality and operational efficiency.
• Support sales and marketing with product demonstrations and market research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
• Experience in medical imaging and understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Proven ability to translate business and user requirements into product solutions.
• Ability to work in Costa Rica.
