Product Lifecycle Manager

Product Lifecycle Manager: Overall responsibility for one or more product families throughout the entire product lifecycle, planning product ramp-ups for trouble-free production start, representing Operations in development projects. Focus on ensuring new products align with production requirements, leading cross-functional teams for CIP activities to increase efficiency, yield and quality, master data management in SAP, and KPI communication.

Location: Debrecen, Hungary. Fluent in Hungarian required. Flexible working hours with opportunity to work from home depending on the job.

What you will do

• Take overall responsibility for one or more product families throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Plan product ramp-ups to ensure a trouble-free start to production
• Represent Operations during development projects
• Ensure new products are aligned with production requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive CIP activities increasing efficiency, yield and quality
• Manage master data of products in SAP and control KPI communication between business unit and production

Requirements

• Degree in mechatronics, physics, electrical or mechanical engineering or similar
• Several years of management experience as head of projects or with disciplinary responsibility
• Experience with high volume production
• Fluent in Hungarian, business level English is a must
