What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision and multi-quarter roadmap for travel protection and assurance products.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities for risk-based recommendations, personalization, and pricing support.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science to deliver simple and high-adoption protection experiences.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ground product decisions in customer pain points and behavioral insights.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion rates.
• Manage stakeholders across finance, legal, and external partners to balance revenue targets with user value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
• Proven expertise in Agile product development and hypothesis-driven development.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in consumer-facing products.
• Solid business acumen, including experience with P&L, pricing, and unit economics.
• Ability to reverse engineer complex systems and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Must be based in London, UK to support the flexible work model.
