What you will do

  • Audit and revamp existing e-learning content to ensure clarity, completeness, and consistency.
  • Create high-quality video tutorials and how-to guides for SaaS products using AI tools like Synthesia.
  • Maintain the LMS and implement data-driven decisions to increase content adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to educate users on new feature launches.
  • Partner with Customer Support to identify and address knowledge gaps through improved content and AI routing.
  • Track KPIs related to content effectiveness, search success rates, and case deflection.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an e-learning content creator, instructional designer, or documentation specialist.
  • Proven experience working within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and video editing/content creation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English and fluency in Italian, German, or Portuguese.
