What you will do
- Audit and revamp existing e-learning content to ensure clarity, completeness, and consistency.
- Create high-quality video tutorials and how-to guides for SaaS products using AI tools like Synthesia.
- Maintain the LMS and implement data-driven decisions to increase content adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to educate users on new feature launches.
- Partner with Customer Support to identify and address knowledge gaps through improved content and AI routing.
- Track KPIs related to content effectiveness, search success rates, and case deflection.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an e-learning content creator, instructional designer, or documentation specialist.
- Proven experience working within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and video editing/content creation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English and fluency in Italian, German, or Portuguese.
